SHIPPING: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGE THEFT AT YOUR HOME.
Please see the remainder of our shipping detail below after RETURNS. We just wanted to highlight this important detail upfront. Please use signature confirmation if you’re experiencing package theft in your neighborhood. Holiday Season is especially bad for package theft, so please do consider this. 

RETURNS 

  • Regular-priced merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt for Store Credit Only. 
  • Returns can be shipped back to the address below for an E-gift Card, or exchanged in-person at our Palm Springs shop.
  • lf you would like a return label, please email us. The return labels from us are not free, but we do get a better rate  than the post-office. They range from $6 to $12.50 for domestic. You can just print the label, stick it on, and drop into any navy blue USPS mailbox. We will subtract the cost of the label from your e-credit. Do not use USPS branded flat rate boxes with our return labels as they incur additional charges.  
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unstained, undamaged, and unwashed.
  • Please try on your new items when you’re without makeup, as we will have to send back makeup stained returns.  
  • Any merchandise marked “Sale” or “Final” or during a Clearance Sale cannot be returned.
  • SALE items online may be indicated either by a sale bubble in the corner of the image, by a marked price slash or by text in the product content. These items are not returnable. 
  • WHITE clothing returned with makeup or spray tan will not be accepted for return and will have to be sent back to you.
  • Returns will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges, where applicable,  are not refundable.

Our Store Credits can be used online. They never expire and we receive new items very often. If you have questions about sizing or styling, please feel free to contact us on IG or our contact form to ask any questions before ordering.

SHIPPING

** We Ship Monday thru Thursday, except holidays.

    • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGE THEFT AT YOUR HOME. Please add Signature Confirmation if you’re concerned about package theft. 
    • FREE Shipping over $40
    • Flat Rate $5.50 shipping on all orders under $40
    • Please add the $4 Signature Confirmation if you’re even a little concerned about package theft at your home. We are not responsible for delivered packages that are stolen from your premises.  
    • Please allow 3-6 business days for orders to arrive. 
    • In many cases, orders arrive within 3-4 business days within CA, but please add the 2bz day expedited shipping if you need speedier service. 
    • We ship via USPS and occasionally UPS
    • International shipping is currently available only to Canada.
    • Lost packages: We understand package theft is a big issue right now, but we cannot be held liable for this happening once it has been delivered to your premises. 
    • If your package is marked DELIVERED, but you do not have it, please contact your local post office. USPS can contact the actual delivery person for that day.
    • USPS insurance only covers packages if they are lost. Not stolen mail. If they delivered it to the correct address, they do not assume responsibility, and neither do we. You can file a claim with your own home or renters insurance in cases of porch theft, but not with us. 
    • We use USPS which includes tracking. If your package is lost, please email us at missibiss@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to assist you. 
    • We cannot be held responsible for packages once your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you can file a claim with USPS directly.
    • We cannot be held responsible if you’ve entered your address incorrectly. We would be happy to ship your package out again with the corrected information for the actual cost of the shipment, and not our subsidized flat rate or free shipping rate. 
    • If your package indicates delivered, please check with your building or housemates before contacting us. 
    • If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please email us.   

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • We are not able to cancel orders. 
  • We realize however, that errors do occur and we might need to refund an order due to duplicate order or accidental order. Please email us in this case. 
  • Please note that in such cases, Shopify and ShopPay retains 3.5- 4% of the transaction fee even if we issue the refund to you.  Your refund will reflect their fee and as such will be less by that percentage. AfterPay and ShopPay installments retain 6-7% plus 29 cents and your refund would also reflect their fee in the event of a cancellation.
