Shipping & Returns
** We Ship Tuesday thru Friday.
- FREE Shipping over $75.
- Flat Rate $4 shipping on all orders under $75.
- Please allow 6-8 business days for orders to arrive.
- We ship via USPS.
- International shipping is not currently available.
- Lost packages:
- We use USPS which includes tracking. If your package is lost, please email us at email@example.com and we will do everything we can to assist you.
- We cannot be held responsible for packages once your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you can file a claim with USPS directly.
- We cannot be held responsible if you’ve accidentally entered your address incorrectly. We would be happy to ship your package out again with the corrected information for the actual cost of the shipment, and not our subsidized $4 flat rate or free shipping rate.
- If your package indicates delivered, please check with your building or housemates before contacting us.
- If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please email us.
- We are not able to cancel orders from our end.
- We realize however, that errors do occur and we might need to refund an order due to duplicate order or accidental order. Please email us in this case.
- Please note that in such cases, Shopify does retain 3.5- 4% of the transaction even if we issue the refund to you. Your refund will reflect their fee and as such will be less by that percentage. AfterPay retains 6% plus 29 cents and your refund would also reflect their fee and thus will be less.
- With COVID-19 regulations now in play, we now have to make JEWELRY and HAIR ACCESSORIES final sale, as they come in close contact with the face.
- Regular-priced merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt for Store Credit Only.
- Returns can be shipped back to our store address for an E-gift Card.
- We do not currently issue return shipping labels.
- Returns can also be dropped off in-person for an exchange or store credit during our pickup hours. (Sat+Sun | 11am-3pm)
- Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have original tags, if any were attached. If no tags were attached, you may still return any non-clearance item.
- Any merchandise marked “Sale” or “Final” cannot be returned.
- SALE items online may be indicated either by a sale bubble in the corner of the image, by a marked price slash or by text in the product content. These items are not returnable.
- WHITE clothing returned with makeup or spray tan will not be accepted for return and will have to be sent back to you.
- Hair accessories, hats, and jewelry cannot be returned.
- Returns will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges, where applicable, are not refundable.

** Our Store Credits can be used both in-store and online. They never expire and we receive new items very often. If you have questions about sizing or styling, please feel free to contact us on IG or our contact form to ask any questions before ordering.
