- FREE Shipping over $60.
- Flat Rate $3 shipping on all orders under $60.
- Please allow 6-8 business days for orders to arrive.
- Pick-ups are available Wed- Sat from 11am-5pm.
- We ship via USPS.
- International shipping is not currently available.
- Lost packages:
- We use USPS which includes tracking. If your package is lost, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to assist you.
- We cannot be held responsible for packages once your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you can file a claim with USPS directly.
- If your package indicates delivered, please check with your building or housemates before contacting us.
- If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please email us.
- With COVID-19 regulations now in play, we now have to make JEWELRY and HAIR ACCESSORIES final sale, as they come in close contact with the face.
- Regular-priced merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt for Store Credit Only.
- Returns can be shipped back to our store address for an E-gift Card.
- We do not issue return shipping labels.
- Returns can also be dropped off in-person for an exchange or store credit during our open hours. (Wed-Sat | 11am-5pm)
- Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have original tags, if any were attached.
- Any merchandise marked “Sale” or “Final” cannot be returned.
- SALE items online may be indicated either by a red bubble in the corner of the image, or by text in the product content. These items are not returnable.
- WHITE clothing returned with makeup or spray tan will not be accepted for return and will have to be sent back to you.
- Hair accessories, hats, and jewelry cannot be returned.
- Returns will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges, where applicable, are not refundable.
